Refund policy

All PC builds are shipped with full insurance to cover the cost of the build. If there's any damage during transit, we will need your cooperation so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and resolve the issue.

We offer a "7-Day Working Condition Warranty" that allows you to ensure your PC is in full working condition after transit. If you have any issues during this time or would like a refund, please contact us immediately. If you request a refund for a reason other than the product being damaged or not in working order, you will be required to pay an extra shipping and restocking PC to return the item to us. The 7 day window starts on the date the PC was delivered.

All of these PC builds were fully stress tested/benchmarked and are in working condition. Because we use a combination of new/used parts for most builds, it's extremely important to us that we ensure the PC is completely good to go and ready for your gaming needs.

If an order was placed by mistake and immediately needs refunded, the customer will be refunded the total amount of their transaction minus any credit card/transaction fees that accrued during the original purchase.

If you have ANY issue with your PC, please email watsonpcservices@gmail.com as soon as possible. Do NOT try to troubleshoot the PC without contacting support or your refund may be denied.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
